Outbound Number Presentation

Each account should present a valid number, or CLI (Calling Line Identification) when dialing out. However, you also have the option of hiding your number to the person you are calling. This will present as "anonymous" on their display.

By default, the CLI is set to the number entered on customer creation and is applied to all user accounts. This can be set by Modifying the Identiy of the default CLI. Individual accounts can override this setting for their account only. Again, this is done by Modifying the Idenity .

The CLI for individual accounts can be hidden using the "Eye" symbol to the right of the current CLI. A "Full Eye"  indicates the CLI is presented, the "Crossed out Eye"  indicates the CLI is hidden.

When modifying the CLI for an individual account, please ensure that the address details for that number set in Inbound Numbers, matches the geographoical location that the number is being used. As described in Company Profile.

NOTE: Only numbers that have been acquired or ported in to the platfom are available here. If you wish to present a number that you own, but is not on the portal, please contact your provider for assistance.
